10 Checklists before the concert

1. Please check the concert date & time and enter in the zoom 10 mins earlier. We will check each student's sound before we start. The concert will begin when all students enter Zoom.

2. Please rename "performance number_stundent's name" in Zoom. ex) 4. Joseph Her

3. Set up your computer close to the Internet router for better video quality.

4. Always mute when not playing. We will unmute only 1 performer at a time then everyone can hear the performer’s sound well.

5. How to set the camera :  Please check the link -  Piano  Violin/Viola  cello 

6. How to enhance audio : We recommend using a computer and turn on "original sound".  I-pad, netbook, and phone don't have button for turning on original sound. 

7. Wear semi formal. Avoid too casual cloth or pajama please.

8. Each student should be a good audience. They should listen to each other and applaud.(Show the hands to the camera.)

* For Violinists/violists/cellists

9. Make sure students' violin/viola/cello is tuned. Check at least 2 hours before the concert, if you need any help, please tell us before 12pm on 1/16. We cannot help after 2pm.  School office hour is 2pm~7pm on Wed~Fri, 10:30am~4pm on Saturaday by appointment, and here is the link for tuning - How to tune the violin

10. If student is playing with the piano accompaniment, please connct to any speaker. The speaker shouldn't be too close to the computer so that the balance of piano and violin is good. If you use computer speaker, both the piano sound and the violin/viola sound cannot be heard well.
